Polish teacher of yoga and meditation, the author of many books on this subject. He practiced asanas also iyengarowskim approach and a series of ashtanga vinyasa yoga, but ultimately the greatest impact on his practice and teaching was HJ Witteveen (Wasenaar, Netherlands) and 2 long-term students T.Krishnamacharyi ( "father of modern yoga") - Srivatsa Ramaswami and AG Mohan ( both from Chennai, India). He is a teacher of meditation in the tradition of Sufism universal, with permission to give initiation and ordaining teachers of meditation and rituals, representative national Sufi movement in Poland and member of the Board (Executive Committee), the global headquarters Sufi Movement in The Hague. He teaches in Poland and abroad, he founded the 3 centers of meditation and several meditation groups. He wrote, among others, for magazines: Yoga, Yoga & Ayurveda, SENS, Manager + , and for portals YOGA ABC, Zwierciadlo.pl, gazeta.pl, NaTemat and others.
